I
Karen has delivered a serious of physical activity sessions and EVOLVE menopause health courses for staff at Imperial College London since October 2022. Karen’s sessions are always well received by staff, and she is fantastic at delivering sessions tailored to different needs as well as using little to no equipment which means sessions are more inclusive.

I joined the women's support sessions in the local park whilst awaiting surgery, we walked and talked about our health and shared stories. The resources and information provided were so helpful and my physical and mental health definately improved during a stressfu time.

The instructor was very friendly, and engaged individuals to understand their practices/experience and tailored some information to our needs. It was a nice mix of breathing and stretching and very accessible for all. Very practical and the message of small actions, small amount of time to invest throughout your day that can help your body and mind was great - Corporate Wellness Day attendee

The sessions as part of the Lifestyle Management course were so helpful. The course increased my confidence and the 7 day diary really showed where I needed to make dietary changes.
